Refund policy

All sales are final because our pieces are handmade in limited quantities. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, preference, color variation, or fit. Please review all product photographs, descriptions, and measurements carefully before ordering.

Handmade pieces may have natural variations in color, texture, pattern, and finish. These variations are part of their individual character and are not considered defects.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 3 calendar days of delivery and include your order number and clear photographs of the item and packaging. We will review the issue and, when approved, provide an appropriate replacement or refund.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except when the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect. This policy does not limit any rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable consumer-protection law.
